Grading, Harvesting, and Weighing Systems
At Akuakare, we manufacture all the equipment required for grading, weighing, harvesting, and classifying both juvenile and adult fish using modern technology. Our systems operate with high efficiency while protecting fish health, reducing labor costs, shortening operation times, and enhancing production safety.
All our machines are manufactured with seawater-resistant stainless INOX bodies and can be integrated with fish transfer pumps through optional TP models. Flexible height solutions are offered with adjustable stand systems tailored to your facility infrastructure. With machine models capable of handling 300,000 – 1,000,000 juveniles per day, we provide solutions suitable for operations of every scale.
Our Products
Grading Machines
Provide precise classification for juvenile fish ranging from 0.2 grams to 400 grams. Available in automatic and semi-automatic versions to suit different production capacities. TP models are compatible with fish transfer systems. Adaptive design ensures easy integration with various tanks and environments.
Harvest Tanks and Baskets
Enable the collection and transfer of fish from ponds to transport operations while preserving vitality. Constructed from durable INOX material, they offer hygienic and long-lasting use. Tanks can be manufactured as portable or fixed, and optionally equipped with oxygen supplementation systems.
Fish Elevators
Motorized or manual elevator systems used for vertical or inclined transport. With a special design that prevents damage to the natural structure of the fish, they ensure maximum efficiency with minimal stress during production.
Automatic Weighing Units
High-precision weighing systems capable of automatically measuring the live stock weight in real time, fully integrated with SCADA systems. Provide digital outputs for stock management, dosage adjustment, and production planning.
Labeling & Data Transfer Systems
Enable numbering, tracking, and product traceability through RFID or barcode systems. All data is instantly transferred to SCADA or local control panels, with historical graphical analysis available.
