Water Quality Monitoring and Emergency Systems

TROX Su Kalitesi İzleme

One of the cornerstones of efficient and sustainable aquaculture production is real-time, precise monitoring of water quality. With solutions developed by Akuakare, critical parameters such as oxygen, temperature, pH, and salinity can be continuously monitored, while the production environment is automatically managed according to these values.

Key Features:
✓ Real-time sensor monitoring systems
✓ Integration with SCADA and mobile applications
✓ Audible-visual alarms and automatic intervention at critical thresholds
✓ Ability to monitor up to 4 tanks simultaneously
✓ Touchscreen panel with web-based data access

Water quality monitoring systems not only increase production efficiency in RAS applications, hatcheries, and offshore cage farms but also ensure maximum protection of fish health.

In particular, the TROX-4 Oxygen Measurement and Control Device has brought a new dimension to monitoring solutions in the industry. It can simultaneously control oxygen levels in four different tanks, define individual set points for each, and manage the entire system centrally through SCADA integration.

Real-Time Water Quality Monitoring

With tank- and pond-based sensor mapping, all parameters affecting aquatic life are continuously monitored. Water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and salinity values are visualized through graphs, with historical data recorded for analysis.

TROX-4 Oxygen Device Integration

Developed with modern optical sensor technology, TROX-4 can be reliably used in both open and closed systems. Its user-friendly interface allows all settings to be easily managed through a 7” touchscreen. Direct SCADA connectivity is available.

Alarm and Automatic Intervention System

In any critical situation (oxygen drop, pH deviation, temperature rise, etc.), the system automatically generates alarms while simultaneously alerting operators through audible and visual panels. If desired, it can also automatically activate aeration, oxygen supplementation, or water discharge processes.

Mobile Application and Reporting

When critical values exceed thresholds, notifications are sent via SMS, email, or mobile applications. Daily and weekly system reports can be exported, and comparative analyses with historical data can be performed.

With these solutions developed by Akuakare, fish health is safeguarded while production efficiency reaches its maximum potential.
